Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Rise Again Music. We want you to feel confident when choosing one of our healing journals, books, or digital resources. This policy explains how refunds and download-related concerns are handled.

Digital PDF Downloads

Digital products sold directly through Rise Again Music are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Because a digital file cannot be physically returned once it has been supplied or downloaded, refunds are generally not offered after access to the file has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer law.

For customers in Germany and other European Union countries, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content supplied immediately, this right may end once delivery begins if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

When We May Offer a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • you received the wrong digital file;
  • the download link does not work;
  • the file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened;
  • you paid successfully but did not receive access to the product.

Where possible, we will first provide a replacement file or a new download link. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

Change-of-Mind Requests

Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we normally cannot offer a refund solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer wish to use the product, except where applicable law gives you that right.

Please review the product title, description, format, and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase.

Paperback and Hardcover Editions

Paperback and hardcover books shown on our website are sold and fulfilled by Amazon or another third-party retailer.

Returns, refunds, damaged deliveries, and order cancellations for those physical editions are handled according to the retailer’s own policies. Please contact the retailer through which you placed the order.

Rise Again Music does not directly process payments, deliveries, or returns for books purchased through Amazon.

Gumroad Purchases

Digital products purchased through Gumroad are processed and delivered by Gumroad. Refund requests for those purchases may also be subject to Gumroad’s payment and refund procedures.

Please contact us first if you experience a problem with one of our Gumroad products so we can try to resolve it.

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the product title;
  • your order number, if available;
  • a short explanation of the problem.

We aim to review genuine purchase and download problems as quickly as reasonably possible.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under German or European Union consumer law.
